Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage in the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019; ?Age 40~80 years old; ?First onset, course of disease 2 weeks to 6 months; ?Brunnstrom staging: lower limb=stage ?, upper limb=stage ?, sitting balance>level 1; ?Existence of trunk posture control disorders, modified Trunk Impairment Scale(mTIS)23 points,able to cooperate in completing assessment and treatment; ?Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Unstable vital signs; ?Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ diseases; ?Having limb dysfunction before stroke; ?Abnormal posture control caused by other reasons, such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal disorders, etc; ?Severe cognitive impairment, speech impairment, major depression, inability to cooperate in completing assessment and treatment; ?With metal implants, such as cardiac pacemakers or cochlear implants; ?Epilepsy or the use of drugs that affect cortical excitability.
