Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for insomnia and Western medicine for sleep disorders; (3) 6 points = Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score =15 points, as mild to moderate primary insomnia patients; (4) Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score < 50; (5) Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score < 53; (6) In the four weeks before the test, no sedative or psychotropic drugs (Western medicine, Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine decoction) or traditional and western medicine related sleep assistance therapy (cognitive behavioral therapy, hyperoxia therapy, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, massage, guiding exercises, etc.) were received; (7) Did not participate in other clinical investigators; (8) The subjects and their families sign the informed consent and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary insomnia caused by organic lesions; Breathing related sleep disorders, circadian rhythm sleep disorders and sleep dysfunction; Patients with a history of sleep apnea; (2) Patients with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other serious mental diseases; Insomnia caused by stroke, Parkinson's and other neurological diseases or anxiety, depression and other mental disorders; (3) Pain, fever, cough, surgery and other systemic diseases and external environmental interference factors caused; (4) Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney insufficiency, hematopoietic system diseases and other serious life-threatening patients; (5) Progressive malignant tumors or other serious wasting diseases, easy to co-infection and bleeding; (6) Drug, tobacco and alcohol addicts; (7) Allergic to the study drug; (8) There are serious infected people on the skin of the acupoint, who are afraid of needles.
