Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with tuberculosis: 1. Clinically diagnosed patients with tuberculosis (including tuberculosis, bronchial tuberculosis and tuberculous pleurisy, which may be accompanied by extrapulmonary tuberculosis, the diagnostic criteria are WS288-2017); 2.2. Complete information of disease and preoperative drug use;3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Health control: 1. No previous history of tuberculosis, and MTB tests such as acid-fast staining, culture and TB-DNA testing were negative;2. Confirmed as healthy by physical examination;3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
