Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese/overweight children: BMI= P85 of a child of the same age and sex, or waist = P85 of a child of the same age and sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity combined with severe chronic diseases, hereditary obesity, mental and psychological problems can not cooperate with researchers
