Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-60 years who are eligible to participate in the study and are able to sign the informed consent form. ? Patients with segmental bone defects and focal bone defects; patients with segmental bone defects that are more than 1.5 times the diameter of that tubular bone and planned for segmental bone grafting. ? Patients with pre-existing infections also included, but the infection was controlled at the time of inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with any previous injury to the donor site femur or iliac crest that prevented harvesting were excluded. ? Previous fractures of the iliac wing and proximal femur and other lesions were excluded.
