Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with POR who meet Bologna diagnostic criteria. ? No traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and ovarian hyperstimulation treatment were performed in the past 3 months. ? Blood TORCH, syphilis antibody and hepatitis B antibody showed no obvious abnormality, except infectious factors; sex hormone and thyroid function showed no obvious abnormality, except endocrine factors; autoantibody examination except autoimmune factors; B ultrasound and hysteroscopy except reproductive organ anatomical factors; ? The semen examination of the husband showed no obvious abnormality; ? The karyotype of couples is normal, except for genetic factors; ? Signed informed consent after understanding the study process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hydrosalpinx, congenital uterine malformation or endometrial disease, such as tuberculosis or hyperplasia; ? Basal follicle-stimulating hormone (bFSH) level = 15 IU/L; ? Systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome or polycystic ovary syndrome; ? Endocrine disorders, such as diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism or hyperprolactinemia; ? Intracytoplasmic sperm injection caused by male infertility; ? Patients with severe hypertension, liver and kidney function damage, mental illness that can not cooperate with the treatment; ? Patients with coagulopathy who cannot be treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.
