Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The onset time appeared within 1 month postpartum; (2) The low back pain after delivery lasted or repeated for = 3 months, and there was no history of low back pain before pregnancy and prenatal; ? Full-term primipara (all natural births), age 25-35 years old; ? not more than 1 year postpartum; ? Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score = 3 points; (6) Imaging examination: anteroposterior and anteroposterior and lateral X-ray examinations of the pelvis and lumbar spine were conducted under the patient's standing position. The plain film was processed with reference to the Gunstad theory, and the image results of lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint suluxation were determined to provide certain basis for physical examination; ? Sign informed consent voluntarily. Note: Patients who meet the above 7 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Immune system diseases such as tumor, fracture, tuberculosis, bleeding tendency, severe organic disease, rheumatoid disease; History of lumbar surgery and trauma, all diseases that can't comfortably lie on the stomach or back; ? Low back pain caused by neurological diseases; ? Complicated with pelvic inflammation and gynecological inflammation; Pregnancy-related osteoporosis; ? Serious mental illness; Use of other therapies or analgesics during the study, intolerance to treatment or inability to complete follow-up. Note: Those who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.
