Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-40 years old, general health; ? Patients with skeletal class II and III malocclusion, has informed consent to accept orthodontic-orthognathic combined treatment; ? Periodontal health, or mild gingivitis/periodontitis with healthy or controlled periodontium; ? CBCT images showed that more than two-thirds of the root length of the anterior teeth were close to the labial and lingual side of the cortex of alveolar bone, or the thickness of either the labial or lingual alveolar bone was less than 0.5mm. ? Clinical examination showed that the profil of teeth roots exposed obviously, which can be touched underneath the labial gingiva; ? Consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients with tumors and serious systemic diseases; ? Acute inflammation of oral cavity and maxillofacial area; ? Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day); ? Patients with moderate or severe periodontitis, or uncontrolled gingivitis or mild periodontitis; ? Patients with congenital cleft lip and palate; ? Patients with any mental disorder or any reason that can't cooperate with the trearment process; ? History of previous orthodontic treatment.
