Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the definition of pulmonary nodules in Western medicine,and the imaging examination meets the diagnostic criteria of pulmonary nodules, The maximum diameter of the nodules is less than 30mm, and the nodule density type is not limited; (2) Age range from 18 to 80 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Good communication and understanding skills; (4) Expected good compliance; (5) The patient voluntarily participates in the full process management and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Consider patients with metastatic pulmonary nodules; (2) Severe lung disease unable to cooperate with researchers, or having acute infectious lung disease at the time of entry into the study (community acquired pneumonia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.) (3) Complicated with serious primary diseases of other organs (such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc.), they are not suitable for patients participating in this study; (4) Existence of drug abuse and alcohol addiction and medical, psychological, or social conditions may interfere with participation in research or have an impact on research results; (5) Immune deficiencies such as organ or bone marrow transplantation, HIV infection or patients who have taken immunosuppressive agents or glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; (6) The researchers determined that patients who were not suitable to participate in this study due to other reasons.
