Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Acute lung injury conformed to the criteria established by the Chinese Medical Association in 2006. (2) Age =18 years, =65 years, no gender restriction. (3) Good compliance with treatment and efficacy evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Shock or solid malignancy. (2) Upper respiratory tract injury. (3) Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction. (4) Hypersensitivity to sevastatin sodium. (5) Pregnancy, pregnancy preparation, breastfeeding. (6) Blood and immune system diseases.
