Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with keloid diagnosed by examination; (2) patients who can be treated on time; (3) patients with complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) keloids are associated with infection or contractured. (2) unable to receive treatment and follow-up on time and according to regulations; (3) tuberculosis patients; (4) heart, kidney and liver insufficiency; (5) allergic to drugs used in this study; (6) those with other immune system and tumor diseases; (7) pregnant and lactating women.
