Control group:Ropivacaine solution of 40ml for postoperative analgesia following bilateral erector spinae plane block surgery.
Experiment group:The cocktail recipe calls for 40ml of an analgesic solution for postoperative pain management after bilateral erector spinae plane block.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Selective scheduled laparoscopic upper abdominal major surgeries (liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, and pancreatic cancer) patients; (2) Preoperative ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification of I-III levels; (3) Patients aged between 18-75 years old; (4) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to drugs; (2) Addicted to morphine or have neurological muscle diseases; (3) Patients with severe heart or lung diseases; (4) Infection at the puncture site; (5) Patients unable to communicate effectively in spoken language.
