Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years 2. Patients scheduled to undergo elective thyroid surgery with recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring 3. Obtained informed consent from the patient or guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients participating in another interventional clinical trial 2. Emergency surgery 3. Severe cardiac or respiratory disease 4. ASA classification = IV 5. BMI = 35 kg/m² 6. Tracheal stenosis or tracheal compression 7. Inability to cooperate with preoperative pre-oxygenation
