Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The abnormal structure of the atrial septum belongs to the diagnostic criteria for pathological abnormal structures such as PFO and ASD in documents such as "Chinese Expert Consensus on Right Heart Sonogram of Patent Foramen ovale 2022"; (2) With migraine, stroke, etc.; (3) Familial clusters (number of related patients=2); (4) Age from 2 to 70 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Without other heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to undergo data registration or transthoracic echocardiographic sonography; 2. Those who are unable to cooperate with the completion of Valsalva maneuvers; 3. Transthoracic ultrasound reveals other complex congenital heart diseases (such as tetralogy of Fallot, etc.).
