Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure with yang qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. 2.Aged 18-80 years. 3.The patient has complete basic information, can adhere to medication, and has follow-up conditions. 4.Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant with restrictive (invasive) cardiomyopathy and congenital heart disease 2.Acute coronary syndrome 3.Acute coronary syndrome History of stent implantation, coronary artery bypass, permanent pacemaker implantation, and implantable defibrillator implantation within the last 90 days. 4.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 5.Combined with malignant tumor, hematopoietic system disease, acute infectious diseases. 6.Pregnant or lactating women. 7. Allergic to Chinese medicine related to Lingqi Yixin formula.
