Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College and diagnosed with ARDS (diagnostic criteria: meet the new global definition of ARDS diagnostic criteria), aged > 18 years and 48 hours. The patients or their families had signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women, the group in the first half of severe cardiac insufficiency, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction, liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT and AST > 2 times more than normal, Cr > 2 times more than normal), respiratory depression or respiratory depression risk; Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation within six months, paralytic intestinal obstruction, acute pancreatitis, biliary tract disease, abdominal surgery within one month, history of gastrointestinal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal ulcer and other primary gastrointestinal function injury; Craniocerebral injury intracranial pressure; Long-term use of analgesics and/or gastrointestinal motility drugs and allergy to study drugs or opioids.
