Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years ,American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I to III, pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer, and planned to undergo radical surgery for gastric cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refused to participate in this study; Patients with tumor recurrence; Combined with primary malignant tumors in other parts; Undergoing multiple surgeries during a single surgical procedure; Patients who have received long-term psychotherapy, hormone therapy and long-term use of opioids or non steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics; Patients with schizophrenia and epilepsy before operation; Preoperative inability to communicate due to severe dementia, language impairment or end-stage disease; Craniocerebral injury or history of neurosurgery in functional areas; History of chronic pain: headache, back and shoulder pain, low back pain, limb pain, gout history, spontaneous pain of Parkinson's disease; Severe liver dysfunction (child Pugh grade C); Severe renal dysfunction (those who received preoperative renal replacement therapy); Other researchers think it is not suitable to be selected (specific reasons shall be indicated).
