Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-45 who underwent IVF-ET treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Centre of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), had been infertile for more than 12 months without contraception after marriage, and had a normal sex life.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other rheumatic immune system diseases; 2. Abnormalities of thyroid, parathyroid, liver and kidney functions; 3. Combination of other chronic diseases, such as liver, kidney, endocrine system, haematological system, cerebrovascular and skin diseases as well as serious gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Joint pain caused by trauma, infection and tumour, etc.; 5. Patients with frozen, donor, resuscitated or unobtained eggs.
