18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients regardless of gender, aged 18-64 years, ASA grade I or II, with no skin damage, redness, swelling, nodules, etc. in the monitoring area, and normal body temperature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients should be excluded from Pregnant and lactating women; Obesity (BMI = 28 kg/m2);, Individuals who have previously suffered from peripheral vascular diseases, neurological disorders, or severe coagulation dysfunction; St02 electrodes should not be placed in the affected area; Patients refuse to participate in the study or are unable to sign informed consent forms; Patients with vascular mutations in the donor area during surgery who are unable to complete the surgery; Change the surgical method to non free flap surgery for patients.
