Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject screening criteria: 1. Male, age 18-35 years, no history of regular exercise; 2. No recent strenuous physical activity and no exercise fatigue of the muscles; 3. Physical health, no cardiovascular disease, no recent history of lower extremity injury;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject exclusion criteria: 1. Had a family history of hereditary disease, cardiac disease, serious surgery, respiratory disease, or other medical conditions; 2. History of acute or overuse lower extremity injury or muscle injury; 3. Any symptoms of lower extremity muscle soreness within the 3 months prior to the study.
