Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 18-40 years old, male or female, who can accept bone microperforation; ? Gummy smile =4 mm, and anchorage nail should be used to push the upper anterior teeth to improve gummy smile during orthodontic treatment; ? good oral condition (no periapical infection, unfilled caries, gingival recession > 2 mm and periodontitis).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Medical history of temporomandibular joint, systemic diseases, systemic metabolic diseases, medication history, laser and radiation workers were excluded. ? Bone island, osteoma, apical cyst, root resorption, and root exposure in the tooth movement area were excluded. ? Excluded patients with abnormal bone metabolism (including anti-resorption drugs, hormone drugs, immunosuppressants); ? Those with long-term smoking history, mental disorders, pregnant women and foreigners were excluded.
