30 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy group: 1) Age 30~65 years old, Chinese, gender unlimited 2) Fully cooperate with the instructions to complete the inspection 3) Spherical lens between +100 degrees to -300 degrees, BCAV=0.8 4) No history of internal eye disease, ocular surgery, or ocular trauma 5) IOP=21mmHg, no family history of eye diseases (including glaucoma and retinal diseases) 6) Subjects (or their designated agents) voluntarily participate and sign informed consent POAG group: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of POAG 2) Age 30~65 years old, Chinese, gender unlimited 3) Spherical lens between +100 degrees to -300 degrees, BCAV =0.8 4) No history of internal eye disease, ocular surgery history and ocular trauma history in the last 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)History of systemic disease (hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune disease, etc.) 2) Eye axis length 25mm 3) The pupil area cannot be fully exposed for various reasons 4) The diopter medium is not clear and satisfactory images cannot be obtained 5) People who suffer from epidemic keratoconjunctivitis or are active in other infectious diseases 6) Special groups, such as pregnant women, minors, suffering from mental illness, etc 7) Any circumstances in which the investigator determines that participation in the trial is not appropriate
