Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Admission diagnosis of "coronary atherosclerotic heart disease". 2 At least one drug-related problems (DRPs) at the time of admission. 3 18~80 years old. 4 Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients combined with severe hepatic and renal function abnormalities. 2 Patients with malignant tumors. 3 People with consciousness, mental and communication disorders. 4 People who failed to sign the informed content.
