18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients will be eligible if they: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.ICU stay > 24 hours; 3.Patients with chronic diseases (such as renal failure, chronic heart failure, COPD, etc.); 4.Deemed capable of participating in the interview by the attending physician; 5.Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form. Adult family members will be eligible if they: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Members of the patient’s core family who provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded from the trial if they: 1. Patients who have signed advance directives (ADs); 2. Patients with impaired consciousness and inability to express their thoughts clearly. Adult family members will be excluded from the trial if they: 1. Individuals with mental disorders or diseases; 2. Individuals with visual and auditory impairments; 3. Individuals who are unable to express their thoughts.
