Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. All patients showed characteristic symptoms of typical TN, which met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (3rd edition) published in 2013; 3. Poor pain control before PBC or inability to tolerate pain medication; 4. Patients who received microballoon compression of trigeminal neuralgia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atypical TN or secondary TN caused by intracranial lesions; (2) Patients with mental illness, cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate; 3. Previous patients with facial paralysis or obvious malocclusion or facial asymmetry; 4. Refuse participants; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia due to poor physical condition. 6. Patients lost during follow-up
