Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with laryngeal mask general anesthesia aged 20-65 years, BMI<30, ASA grade I or II undergoing gynecological surgery with an estimated operation time of 1-3h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative sore throat, hoarseness, dysphagia, asthma, chronic laryngitis, chronic bronchitis, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux or damage to the pharynx or esophagus; History of oral or pharyngeal surgery; Lack of language understanding; Allergy to the investigational drug; Full mouth or jaw dentures (inability to chew gum); Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 14 days before surgery; A history of upper respiratory tract infection within 14 days; A history of smoking within 7 days and steroid treatment within 14 days; Refused to sign the informed consent form.
