Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; Those who agree to sign the informed consent form and can follow the doctor's advice and make regular follow-up visits. Complicated upper urinary tract reconstruction surgery: patients with complicated long ureteral stricture who need ileal ureteroplasty or autogenous patch ureteroplasty; Adrenalectomy: patients suffering from benign and malignant adrenal tumors, hypercortisolism and primary aldosteronism, etc., who need unilateral partial or total adrenalectomy according to the researcher's judgment; Benign adrenal tumor with diameter less than 6 cm; Small adrenal malignant tumor; Adrenal cortical carcinoma with small tumor and no invasion of surrounding organs; Primary aldosteronism caused by unilateral adrenocortical hyperplasia or aldosteroma was diagnosed, and unilateral adrenalectomy was performed; Nephrectomy is diagnosed as renal tumor, renal tuberculosis, hydronephrosis, kidney calculi's disease, pyonephrosis or severe renal injury, etc., and the researcher determines that partial nephrectomy or radical nephrectomy is feasible; Unilateral kidney surgery; Partial nephrectomy: TNM stage of tumor was T1aN0M0;; Radical nephrectomy: TNM staging of tumor was T1bN0M0, T2NOMO, T3aNxM0 and T3aN0M0;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Does not meet the selection criteria; There is abnormal blood coagulation function that is difficult to correct; Have a serious uncontrolled disease or acute infection; Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes can not be controlled and can not meet the surgical standards; Have immune system diseases that can't be controlled and can't meet the surgical standards; Patients with previous abdominal and pelvic surgery history and severe abdominal and pelvic adhesion; The researcher thinks that it is not suitable for inclusion. Adrenalectomy, pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma with diameter =6 cm or invasion; Imaging suggests adrenal tumors with adjacent organ invasion or distant metastasis;
