NS group:Normal saline infusion during the antagonistic period (same dose and time as atropine group)
Atropine group:Before the laryngeal mask is removed and spontaneous breathing is restored, patients are given 0.5 mg atropine and 1 mg neostigmine

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-85 years old; (2) ASA Grading I.-III; (3) Cardiac function grade I.-II;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with severe congenital heart and respiratory diseases; (2) glaucoma ; (3) immunosuppression; (4) active infection; (5) bladder outlet obstruction; (6) prostate cancer; (7) end-stage renal disease, (8) neuropsychological disorder or cognitive impairment, (9) patients with drug allergy involved in the experiment;
