Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: patients with chronic gingivitis and chronic periodontitis who have been treated for 4 weeks 2: 18 to 70 years old. Women were not in pregnancy and lactation 3: no drugs affecting the test results 4: more than 20 detectable teeth, no open caries, mucosal lesions or moderate to severe periodontitis 5: obvious gingival redness, congestion, edema, probing or spontaneous bleeding, and gingival pockets and periodontal bags 3mm 6: not participating in other similar trials at the same time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Systemic diseases, such as: hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, immune disorders, mental disorders and other uncontrolled 2: Can not do morning and evening brushing 3: Those who cannot return to the clinic on time
