Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meets diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris with pruritus 2: 18~60 years old, the course of the disease is not limited 3: VAS score greater than 3 points 4: Not receiving any immunosuppressants and biologics within 1 month 5: Non-pregnant lactating females 6: Informed consent, patients who sign the informed consent form, discuss through the ethics committee, and volunteer to receive treatment, observation and various examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Itching due to severe endocrine diseases, kidney diseases, tumor-related diseases 2: Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system 3: Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria 4: Systemic immunosuppressants within 1 month 5: Pregnant or lactating women 6: Those who are not treated according to the regulations, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment 7: Those who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for enrollment
