Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates admitted to the NICU of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 1, 2024. Gestational age = 30 weeks. Birth weight = 1500g. Neonates required mechanical ventilation within the first week after birth and failed to wean. Neonates was treated with DART regimen of dexamethasone as clinically indicated from 1 week after birth. The patient's parents agreed to use dexamethasone DART after fully understanding the possible efficacy and risks of dexamethasone DART regimen and signed the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with severe congenital heart disease, pulmonary malformation and other severe congenital malformation diseases. 2. Newborns die within 2 weeks after birth. 3. Newborns discharge or transfer to another hospital before PMA 36w.
