Interventions

Rescue treatment group:Loxenatide was injected subcutaneously to start treatment. If gastrointestinal adverse reactions occurred, Banxia Xiexin Decoction was given.

Prevention group:Combined treatment of loxenatide and Banxia Xiexin decoction

Control group:Standard hypoglycemic therapy (except GLP-1RA and DPP-4i)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. =18 years old, T2DM 2. Uncontrolled glycemia (according to 2020 CDS guideline)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T1DM 2. Pancreatitis, cholecystitis, gallstones, intestinal obstruction 3. Thyroid C cell carcinoma
