Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: National university students and graduates to be employed/to be promoted groups who have significant social anxiety distress (Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale =38 points)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder or other psychological disorders
