18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective radical surgery for tongue cancer; 2.Age 18-80 years old; 3.BMI 18-24 (kg/ m^2 ); 4.ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative upper airway obstruction; 2.Difficult airway; 3.Combined nasopharyngeal tumor, skull base fracture, nasal bleeding or coagulation dysfunction, etc. can not perform transnasal tracheal intubation patients; 4.Cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with the postoperative visit. 5.Patients with chronic pain in the past; 6.Patients who quit in the middle of the procedure and do not cooperate with the treatment.
