Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age and gender: male or female of 18 ~ 65 years old. (2) Group of high myopia: axial length = 26 mm and spherical equivalent = -6.0 D. Group of emmetropia: 22 mm = axial length = 24.5 mm and -6.0 = spherical equivalent = +3.0 D. (3) The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of both eyes is greater than 0.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of other eye diseases or refractive surgeries. (2) The refractive error between the two eyes exceeds 3.0 D. (3) A cylindrical refraction or astigmatism exceeds -3.0 D. (4) Other nervous, mental (such as anxiety, depression, etc.), endocrine (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc.) and other system diseases. (5) Self-reported or diagnosed sleep disorders, including primary and secondary sleep disorders. (6) Worked night shift in the past two months (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) or traveling across two time zones.
