Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Family members of patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus according to the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus; patients currently undergoing rehabilitation or recuperation in their families, registered in community health service institutions and managed by doctors of community health service centres for more than 1 month; spending at least 2 hours with the patients every day and having spent more than 6 months together; aged 18 years and above; conscious and clear, with normal mental and cognitive functions They were willing to co-operate with the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other acute diseases, serious chronic diseases (malignant tumor, renal failure, respiratory failure) or in the acute exacerbation of chronic diseases.
