Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Subjects voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed an informed consent form 2: Age 18-80 years old 3: Resident population of Dapeng New District, Shenzhen, and those with good compliance
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Those with incomplete information 2: Patients with a clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, or stroke 3: Those with physical and mental disabilities who could not cooperate with the study
