Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 guidelines; (3) Sign the universal informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with advanced malignant tumors and tumors undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (3) Immune deficiency.
