18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Thyroid cancer patients Group: (1) Be over 18 years old and have no smoking history; (2) Thyroid nodules indicated by clinical physical examination and imaging examination, and thyroid cancer was confirmed by pathological diagnosis after surgery; (3) Neither surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy nor endocrine therapy; (4) No history of diabetes; (5) Informed consent. Normal control group: (1) Be over 18 years old and have no smoking history; (2) In good health; (3) No history of tumor; (4) No history of diabetes, rheumatism and other chronic diseases; (5) No recent infectious diseases. (6) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Thyroid cancer patients Group: (1) The patient had a history of smoking. (2) The patient had received surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy. (3) Combined with other tumors or a history of other tumors. (4) Suffering from chronic diseases, such as diabetes. (5) Recent local or systemic infection. (6) Abnormal ventilation function of the lung. (7) The patient has no self-awareness
