8 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 8 to 16 years; 2) any factor/total score of the parent-reported Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) = boundary score; or the self-reported SDQ= boundary score in adolescents=11 years old; 3) willingness to attend assessments and SSL sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) currently met criteria of any psychiatric disorder based on DSM-5; 2) with a high risk of suicide, impulsiveness and/or attack; 3) currently accepting psychiatric hospitalization; 4) those who received psychiatric medication, physiotherapy, or any form of psychological behavior therapy within 3 months before enrollment.
