High CO2 Horizontal group:By adjusting the exhalation frequency, the patients end tidal carbon dioxide is controlled at 50-55mmHg
Normal CO2 Horizontal group:Carbon dioxide is controlled at 35-40mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range from 60 to 80 years old (2) ASA Level I or II (3) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung resection for lung cancer who require single lung ventilation (4) Expected single lung ventilation time>30 minutes (5) Preoperative lung function test is basically normal (6) No mental illness, intellectual disability or illiteracy, can cooperate with researchers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney, and blood system diseases, severe infections, and malignant tumors combined (2) Age less than 60 years old or over 80 years old, ASA = Level III (3) Long term chronic hypoxic pulmonary disease, severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (4) Intracranial organic lesions; Long term users of sedative hypnotic drugs and opioid drugs (5) Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less than 24 or inability to complete baseline cognitive assessment (6) Combined with skin diseases or other diseases that interfere with cerebral oxygen saturation sensors.
