Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Postoperative pain NRS > 4 points; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? BMI 18.5-25.2 kg/m2; ? ASA grade I -III; ? Patients undergoing unilateral TKA for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe organ function diseases; ? Neuropathy in the operative limb; ? Mental disorders can not cooperate or communication difficulties; ? The puncture site is infected and damaged. ? Long-term analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for nearly 2 weeks; ? Abnormal coagulation function.
