Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Wrestling or judo special training years = 3 years ; ( 2 ) over 18 years of age ; ( 3 ) There were no injuries in the past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injured and lost to follow-up, quit halfway; 3. Failure to cooperate.
