Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) physical healthy people aged between 0 to 18 years old 2) either sex 3) physical examination is normal 4) without chronic diseases or familial hereditary diseases 5) no acute disease within 2 weeks 6) no surgery, blood transfusion and blood loss within 1 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) history of medication within 1 week including medication interfering lipoprotein metabolism (eg. Statins, Fibrates); diabetes related medications, diuretics, antibiotics glucocorticoids, Vitamin C 2) Children malnourished or underdevelopment, vegetarian, history of excessive drinking in 2 weeks, smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day. 3) Children with inherited genetic disease 4) Pregnant or lactating 5) patients with systemic disease or autoimmune disease or organ dysfunction. eg. Digestive system diseases, kidney diseases, blood system diseases, hepatobiliary diseases, skeletal muscle injuries, cardiovascular diseases, acute and chronic infectious diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, malignant tumors, burns and muscle injuries, obesity or wasting (BMI= 28 kg/m2 or < 18.5 kg/m2), hypertension (systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure =90 mmHg), etc 6) Diseases interfering blood lipids: obesity, diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, hypothyroidism, renal failure, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, glycogen storage, myeloma, lipoatrophy, acute porphyria, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc 7) hospitalization history within 2 month (excluding infectious diseases and trauma) 8) The specimen was not tested in time after collection, 9) The specimen had abnormal traits such as hemolysis, jaundice, and lipidemia that significantly affected blood lipids examination 10) abnormal white blood cell count, red blood cell count or hemoglobin according to Health industry standard WS/T 779—2021 Reference interval for pediatric blood cell analysis
