Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of septic shock: on the basis of meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0, accompanied by 1, persistent hypotension; 2, on the basis of adequate supplementation of blood volume, but still need to elevate the pressure medication in order to maintain the mean arterial pressure of 65mmHg or more; 3, serum lactate level > 2mmol / L. (2) Age =18 years. (3) Initial fluid resuscitation has been completed. (4) PICCO was placed for invasive hemodynamic monitoring after fluid resuscitation. (5) Informed consent was signed by the patient or his/her guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women (2) severe pulmonary edema (ELWI = 15). (3) intracranial hypertension (4) large vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, the (5) high abdominal pressure (>20 mmHg) (6) ascending aortic aneurysm (7) Combined atrial fibrillation or malignant arrhythmia (8) Poor ultrasound imaging for various reasons (9)Refusal to sign the informed consent form
