65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =65 years old; 2. Expected operation time =2 hours; Postoperative hospital stay > 5 days; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurosurgery or cardiac surgery; 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the investigation due to consciousness disorder, mental disorder or communication disorder; 3. End-stage diseases with an expected survival of less than 3 months; 4. Emergency surgery within 6 hours of admission. 5. Severe sinus bradyxia, degree 2 and above, pacemaker implantation.
