Ropivacaine plus hydromorphone group:The epidural analgesic drug is 0.1% ropivacaine + hydromorphone 15 µg/mL
Ropivacaine group:The epidural analgesic drug is 0.1% ropivacaine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who gave birth under continuous epidural anesthesia in our hospital from 2024-07 to 2025-06 were selected for ASA grade I or II, aged 19~35 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who participated in other clinical trials at the same time, refused to participate in this trial, had a body mass index (BMI) of >35, combined with gestational hypertension, diabetes, and allergy to ropivacaine or hydromorphone.
