Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II; 18-65 years; BMI: 19-28 kg/m^2; elective surgery under general anaesthesia; informed consent and signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiac or cerebral systemic disease; emergency surgery; cardiac surgery; cerebral systemic surgery; difficult airway or known or potential airway problems; patients who are allergic or intolerant to propofol or ciprofloxacin; those who are allergic to soya; those who have been taking sedative or antidepressant drugs for a long period of time.
