18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese Han ethnicity, right-handed, aged 18-80 years, ASA class I-III; (2) Undergoing elective surgery for non-malignant pancreatic occupying lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic pain and long-term use of analgesics and/or sedatives before surgery; (2) Dependence on drugs, substances, alcohol, or tobacco; (3) History of head trauma or neurosurgery; (4) Patients with central nervous system disorders and psychiatric disorders; (5) Known chronic diseases that can induce encephalopathy; (6) Presence of malignant tumors in other parts of the body; (7) Contraindications to surgery or MRI examinations.
