18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18~59 years; (2) meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the National Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Primary Hypertension (Edition 2020): systolic blood pressure (SBP)= 140 mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure (DBP)= 90 mmHg; (3) clear consciousness and communication barrier; (4) voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with cognitive and communication disorders.
